I have lived her for 4 years, and have been through 3 different owners. This place is so bad that owners don't even want to keep it. This place was quiet 4 years ago. Take a drive through here , garbage isn't picked up and scattered all over the parking lot. The new owners must need money in a bad way, beacause you should see the new people who have moved in. Garbage in the parking lots is better than them. Forget having to call the office for anything, the manager is so confused and flighty she forgets that you called to have maitenance look at something in your apartment. The manager doesn't want to talk about any of your problems if the owners are around. All this place cares about is getting your rent and renting to people who smoke, drink, and party all night and keep you up.
