the only person writing the good reviews are the Manager.
Believe what you want, but this apartment building has the worst maintenace ( I was told that one of the maintenece guys is a convicted felon!!!!!!!) Nice to know he has keys to all of our apartments. Don't believe it, check with the local police dept.
In the past two years this place has turned into the trash of Batavia.
I think it is about time for real maintenance , and a manager who actually knows what she is doing. The manager will promise you one thing whilw she is alone, but if the owners of the building are there, she will act like she has never spoken to u.
I will be moving at the end of my contract. I regret moving here.

We have lived in this complex for 10 years now,so we have seen the changes from one owner to the other. The current owners are the worst. They got ride of the lifeguards at the pool to decrease payroll,and turned off the heaters to the pool to decrease expences. They have put in gas meters on each unit soooo. that they do not have to pay. Plus they are turning off the parking lights at nite and leaving them off. The complex is across the street from the high school and the local area has had many problems with parking. The new owners now are giving parking stickers to their friends kids so the kids can park in the complex, and hang out before and after school. We have seen that the new owners are letting their friends park trailers in the parking lot too. When we applyed for a unit here the wait was about 3 years, now there are many units empty each month. In regards to the staff the new owners are to blame. They are the owners and what they want they get what they want. WE ARE LEAVING AT THE END OF OUR LEASE AND SO ARE ALOT OF THE OLD RESIDENTS. The new owners are in business to make the mighty buck and not to be a good businessperson or an assett to the Batavia community.
