I lived at Green Meadows for 1 year. I am thrilled that I moved out. I never felt safe there. Never walked at night and what clued me in on safety was that some of the pizza joints won't deliver there after 7 pm. NICE!! I received less than half of my deposit back and I left my apt. the way I received it in. I believe they look for things wrong (even if they were there before)just to make up where most of the tenants can't pay their rent. I saw in 1 year the class of people go down in the complex. The owners don't care about the apartments, the grounds or anything. Horrible place. I had a leak in the bathroom I told them about in February and 3 times since. It was never fixed. There was the smell of pot in the hallways most of the time. If there was a complaint I was told to call the police. If you are looking for an apartment, I strongly recomend you look else where. This is not the place you want to live in. They should not be called landlord, more like slumlords. I love my new place. Would stay here a long time. No plans of move anytime soon. Plus almost the same amount for rent!!
