I was living here for a year thinking that this complex was great and come to find out this complex is not what I expected it to be. The management is very crooked, in the way that they are not equal with all the residents. They will let some residents pay rent when it is convenient for them if they are like and if they are not liked then they will charge you or they could decide not to let you renew your lease even if you have been paying on time. They are unfair to their residents. The gas (some bogus one from FL might I add) mails your bill and when you get it there is a billing fee and a late charge on it which is their fault for not mailing it on time. Many residents including myself have not paid it due to so many problems with them. The landscape stinks! I remember I was going to work one morning and there were these old trees that needed to be cut down hanging over the parking lot, and a huge branch broke over someone's car and totaled the car. It was terrible. The hallways smell like smoke from cigarettes and drugs all the time...it's grosse! They supposedly don't allow big dogs there and I have seen so many it's ridiculous. (they are not picked up after either so watch your step!) Once you move in you will find that many small items are broken that you thought were not. Things break all the time and don't get fixed in a timely manner. AND IN THE SPRING AND SUMMER....IF YOU LIVE ON THE BOTTOM FLOOR...BEWARE OF SMALL ANTS!!! It did not just happen to me, but some others as well. And nothing was done! It was grosse. All they gave me were and food w/ poison. That did nothing. They are so unhelpful. They gave me a water hose so that I can water the flowers around my area. (WHY IS THAT MY JOB') IF YOU ARE SMART...YOU WILL FIND ANOTHER PLACE TO LIVE. IT'S NOT WORTH ALL THE AGONY AND MONEY. TRUST ME!!!!!!
