I have just read some of the reviews from above. I couldn't say I agree more. This apartment complex is the SLUM of batavia. The entire place is dirty, nothing gets fixed, and the Manager has no clue what she is doing. Drugs are all over the complex, I agree, call the local police department and ask. I did, and they said that the Management will do nothing to help the situation. Pretty bad, when even the local police don't even want to deal the the Managment Office.
The repair guys are horrible. First it takes calling the office 5-6 times before the lady in the office can even figure out what she is doing. Then when the repair gut shows up ( usually 4-6 weeks later) the problem doesn't get fixed.
The parking is a joke. Park your car at your own risk. Once you get out of your car, you'll have to walk over trash on the ground, and interupt the nightly drug deal.
The building are dirty and smell like pot.
All this place wants is your rent paid on time, thy don't want to hear anything else.
DO NOT RENT HERE, LIVE HERE, VISIT HERE. BEWARE, YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
