Okay.. Before I moved in here , I googled Green Meadows. I was moving to Batavia. I have family here and wanted to be closer to them. This place got really bad reviews, as you'll find in this forum. Batavia really doesn't have much to offer, as far as apts go. I was kind of in a hurry, so , as much as I was deterred by the reviews, I thought I'd give it a shot. When I moved in , I found a lot of things that needed attention . The plumbing was terrible. I had to have them replace the faucets in the bathrooms and the kitchen. I also had to have the toilets replaced. I really had to flex my muscle to get those things taken care of, but they were
fixed within two weeks. The management was horrible. You really have to let them know who's the boss and what's what. When I moved in here I wasn't sure what to expect. So , I pretty much had that kind of you're not going to f*%k with me additude.

Picking a place to live is tough, especially when you're renting and your options are limited. I think it all depends on your needs and wants.

The most important thing for me was that my kids would be happy and safe, but as an adult , I too wanted to have certian things for myself.

So, here's my bottom line. Wherever you go ,
you will find pluses and minuses.

If you have kids, this truly is a safe and friendly place for them.. I love my kids and this is the reason why I'm taking the time to
to write this review.

I have lived here for about 18 months and have never had a problem with my neighbors or any problems with the management that weren't resolved. God luck to you with your move.
