I too was in a rush for a place. I read they had dishwashers in apts, not the case for 15.00 dollars more you can get a portable to hook to your sink. If you like hooking it up everytime you use it. Grounds need alot of work, patios are full of kids toys, and bikes. It has a distinct white trash look. But the people are very friendly, and never have seen any illegal activity. Yes very weak water pressure. Not too noisy, after all it is an apartment and not a rest home.
The manager is a very sweet and kind lady.
They have been very responsive to my needs.
Just for the money, you would expect more.
Alot of apartments are beyond pigpens, it's white trash at it's best. But my place is clean and nice, thats all that matters.
Alot of evictions here too. The laundry room sucks big time dryers to get hot, and washers dont work right nor do they have hot water. The owners are pigs and really don't give a crap about fixxing this place up to standards, that would justify it's cost.
Lighting is terrible and blinding, dogs everywhere. Other than that it's it place to stay, but I'll be out of here soon.
