i read the reviews on this website before we signed the lease. i never noticed any problems such as the ones listed on here. i've never seen any drug deals, gotten pizzas delivered at 11pm and never had my car broken into (i leave it unlocked.) the maintenance guys are both nice and respectful. there were a few minor things wrong with the unit when we moved in (grout in the tile was gross, bedroom/bathroom doorknobs weren't fastened, paint on the tile in the bathroom and the counter in the kitchen) but this isn't supposed to be a high-end place. the lady in the office is extremely nice and helpful always. she okayed us painting our unit and even offered to supply the primer and paint for when we moved out. we will be upgrading our unit to a 2 bedroom before the lease is up and they had no problem with that. the laundromat here is pretty expensive but it's the cheapest around. overall i'd say this is a good place to live.
