Well, when we first moved in there was a bug problem. Lots of ants, but the manager took care of it. It's pretty quiet for the most part. There are alot of kids around here though. And it's in walking distance to the highschool. So, if you have a teenager, you're not gonna be getting a bus. I wouldn't reccomend that school though. Anyways, it's a nice place to live if you're on a tight budget. Close to Walgreens, the bank, the quarry, and whatnot. The thing that really pisses me off is the parking. Many times I've come home from work and my two parking spots are taken. I've also had a problem with my water heater, but the manager made sure it was taken care of. She always makes sure the repairs are taken care of.
