I have to say Kay is very nice. Unfortunately there are a few issues with the place. First my toilet was leaking waste from my second floor into my kitchen last year. The techs who came to fix it got waste on my dishes, which I had to toss. They found out my toilet never had a wax ring seal. Well a year later it is happening again, so Im assuming they did not put it on properly. Also, my utility closet has a drain in which sewer roaches were coming out of and I found them in my files, which I had to sort through and toss to prevent breeding. I verified with the exterminator as to what type they were...not your common household roach...much nastier and bigger. Ick. Since then it was ok. I found a two inch roach by my front door, in the parking lot and one dead under my sink where all the cleaning supplies are. I was in the neighbors apartment once and on that occasion I spotted two roaches. Its not an every day thing, but its pretty terrifying. Oh, and its quiet except for my neighbor. NO matter how many times Ive called the landlord and authorities he keeps playing his surround sound at full blast all hours of the day/night. I mean who gets up and plays that crap that loud at 7am on a sunday' Still nothing has been done about him or the dog poop littering the yard where the kids are supposed to play. It does have w/d in unit which is helpful if you have kids or are just too lazy to go to the mat. Cheapest around for the price too. You get what you pay for I suppose!
