This apartment complex is not a good choice in Batavia. I moved out because I had concerns with other tenants. They are not very picky about who resides. In fact, I think there are very shady characters that rent there because the rent is so cheap. And then I found the management company very difficult to work with trying to get my deposit back! They were rude and dragged there feet. They have since been bought out since I resided there. I have no further experience with this company.
