We were residents of this complex for 4 ? years, management had changed hands 3 maybe 4 times. And with each change, the degree of service went down, at this point it is the lowest I?ve seen it at. The hallway smells of mildew, laundry room is unkempt. During winter, the sidewalks and parking lot are not cleared in a timely manner, the risk of falling and getting hurt are greatly increased. When we moved in, there were a number of discrepancies in the kitchen, the bathroom, with the walls, and the blinds.

During the year, there is a serious ant problem, and management refused to acknowledge or treat the problem (till this past year because so many complaints from the other residents). It was the same with the flea problem, which we weren?t aware of till we had all of our belongings moved in? we spent nearly $250.00 of our own money to completely get rid of the fleas that infested the carpet.

Also, beware of the possibility of mold problem, every winter we had it on the outside walls in the interior of the apartment in the bedroom, around the windows, on the ceiling, also in the closet, it didn?t matter how much we cleaned it still came back. I?ve heard from several other residents that the management office refused to acknowledge or treat it the problem.

Because of the lack of attention on care and maintenance of the facility, and the unprofessional actions on part of the manager, and management team; I could never recommend anyone to subject themselves to the poor quality of service offered by this apartment complex.
