Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003
 
I've notified them several times of several leakes in both of the bathroom and the kitchen. It took them several attempts to fix an easy problem. It takes them several days to weeks to get back to us as to when they will come and fix any problems that we may have. You have to call them at least five times to have an exterminator come and fix the ant problem. There has been mold growing in the ceilings of our bedroom, on the floor, and in the bathroom.
