I have lived here for three years, and I have never had any problems with crime or unsavory people. I did have a problem with the old office staff, but the new people working in the office are quite accomodating and quick to respond to problems. Some apartments are undergoing refurbishing projects, and the aim of the people in charge seems to be to create a comfortable and enjoyable rental experience.
