I lived here for two years. I was not happy upon moving out due to our circumstances. I was transfered out of state and they refused to break my lease. I ended up having to pay two months rent upon move out. I feel that they should modify their practices on this. I had no choice in my move and explained this to them. They really didn't care, they wanted the money. However, when we moved out we reveived almost our entire deposit, including our pet deposit back. Of course we left our apartment extremely clean, but I was surprised to get so much money back. I felt Lorlyn was moderate. I felt relatively safe for the most part. I never felt scared being home alone. The major issue I have with them is the mold. It was disgusting and impossible to get rid of. My allergies were out of control while I lived there due to the mold growing all around my patio doors and all the windows. Parking was OK. I worked odd hours and late at night had a hard time parking by my building. Some people I saw hanging around were less than desirable, but for the price, i wouldn't really expect much more.
