I have just signed my third lease at Lorlyn. I have always kept an eye out for a better deal for an apartment. You cannot beat the construction of the buildings, and the employees are really friendly and accomodating. They sign for packages, make copies and fax things for us, they are there every day, and the service department is quite competent. The only problem I have ever had was taken care of immediately......( clogged toilet) My rent has not gone up alot when I signed my new leases....I have to say I am happy.
