i was very surprised at the service that i received from the office. I had a clogged toilet and i called at 2 in the morning......i was afraid i would flood the apartment below! Someone was at my door by 2:30 am ON A WEEKEND! They consider things like this a real emergency. my apartment is huge!!! for the price i pay, and the service is unbeleivable!i have already recommended Lorlyn of Batavia to two friends!
