FIRSTLY, I lived right below the apt where that lady was attacked & later found dead in Aurora (they keep that REAL QUIET) yeah its real safe!! :( I had too many problems to go into them all here. But I will say that the problem that caused me the most trouble (bcuz the maint. dept. didn't take my complaints of a water leak seriously-they thought the leak was coming from the a/c water drip pan-which I told them I hardly ever used the A/C bcuz I like it warmer than most). Anyway, I was awakened @ 6am on a Saturday morning to a completely flooded bathroom, hallway etc... the apt above mine must have had something in the bathroom completely collapse because the maintenance people simply did not listen to me when I told them several times over that there was a leak in the middle of my bathroom ceiling (NOT FROM THE AC DRIP PAN). Not to mention when they replaced my shower knob (to turn on the water) they put it on backwards (hot was cold & cold was hot). MORONS!!!!!!!!
