Lorlyn Of Batavia Apartments
< | >
I have lived at Lorlyn of Batavia for two years. It was nice to find a place in the area that was pet-friendly. I have two cats and they are not welcome in many places.
My neighbors are nice and, overall, it is a nice community. My only complaint is with the management staff. Colleen, the manager, treats tenants as if she feels they are just worthless low-lifes because they have to live in an apartment. I'm sure she lives in a beautiful big house. But not all people can afford to do so due to various life-circumstances.
Also, it is very nice that there is a pool at the complex. But, the pool chairs that they have are broken down and have missing straps on them. I realize this is one of the less expensive complexes in town. However, I believe they could afford to at least repair the chairs they have, if not replace them.

Colleen is a snooty -----, she and I got into an argument over the mold and completely denies there's a problem even after I had showed her where the paint was pulling away from the wall and the spots beneath it were completely black.
