I had recently moved from Lorlyn Apartments. When I lived there, I was happy with my apartment & management. I personally had not a lot of problems.
I know my neighbors were constatly complaining & speaking rudley of the staff.
I aslo know these same neighbors were constatlt getting eviction notices for paying rent late.
After reading some of the past renters, it seems to me that the ones complaining the most or not getting back their security depsot are the neighbors that were causing a lot of the problems.
My advise to the people complaining. Buy a house, pay a morgate, cut your own grass, call & pay for your own service guy.
Then complain. Until then just be happy with what you have.
