We have a new property manager and as tenents we were promised that our complex would be cleaned up. Honestly it has gotten worse. Management is very unproffessional and very abusive to tenants. They swear and curse at you and threaten you with eviction if you complain about anything!!!!

I agree! I have lived at Lorlyn for two years and it is so much worse than a year ago. Our laundry room is never clean, hallways smell like cat urine,the staff is very unprofessional, the stupid securitey systems they installed last year don't work most of the time, The parking lot they just fixed is crumbling,Water comes into our apartment every time it rains and goes into the bathroom light fixtures so we blow out the lights,and the ants our horrible!!! We have an exterminater come every year and we keep our home spotless and we still can't get rid of them! They never seem to forget to raise your rent though.

well they did it they termed my lease and gave me 60 days to find an apartment. ONLY because I asked to fix a few think in my apartment. GO figure maybe this is blessing instead of a curse who wants to live somewhere where the police are being called 2 xs a day. I see them cause I live right by the office

Good luck getting your security deposit back. I didn't and I wasn't evicted.
