I've had no problems while living here... the service gentleman even gave me his cell phone number cuz i had some problems when i first moved in. it's as clean as a 'common' living area can be. and my apartment was in great shape when i moved in. rent isn't outrageous. my neighbors are nice and i love being able to keep my pet here.
