My first 6 months at the apartments was great but have gone haywire ever since. I have had roaches in my apartment for 8 months and have contacted the office several times about it. They wouldn't do anything for me until i got it through their head by spraying my kitchen down with roach spray myself, sweeping up the dead ones and dropping them off at the office in a plastic sandwich bag. When they finally decided they would do something they had me throw away all of my food (which they would not re-emburse me for) and empty out my kitchen for 2 weeks. They sprayed 2 times but have not been back since and I still have baby roaches in my house. They told me that I brought them in so they will not rent me another apartment.

Also, I have complained about the laundry facility several times. Currently we have 1 washing machine and 1 dryer for 24 families. People will steal clothing out the the dryers as well. For all the money we pay I would think a new machine could be put in considering this has been hapening for about 6 months now.

yes that place is hell! read my other post it hasn't changed in 15 years its not going to. the city of Batavia needs to condemn them they were built bad when new!

that is not true at all there is 3 washer and 3 dryers and not 24 families, please if your going to put any information on the page please put something that is correct like a great property to live in, It sound like your a probably tenant just by what your saying.

sstone, do you know even proper grammer? (It sound like your a probably tenant just by what your saying) what the hell is that? A problem tennant. NO. I actually don't live there anymore but a year ago when I did our building had 1 to 2 washers for 6 months and they are for the 2 buildings which hold 12 family units each....24 family's. Maybe if your going to post on here you should learn to count and learn to write.
