This Place is Scummy!
The landlords will say Anything to get you to sign lease, then treat you like crap whenever you need something from them afterwards. They admitted to me that they keep the minorities on one side of the complex and the white people on the other.

The parking is hell, good luck finding a spot on the weekends. Parking permits do not even matter, there are 2 abandoned cars in my lot that have been here and not moved since I got here.

They will not bother to fix ANYTHING!! The lock to get into my building was broke and when I called they said: "We are waiting for the lock people to fix it", followed by "If we fix it, they will just break it again"...all in the same call. I have had people come door to door to sell me crap now they know the lock is gone. Some creepy guy even tried to follow my gf into the apt one day. It does not feel safe to keep a family there, and the landlords couldn't care less. My bathroom ceiling started to gush water everywhere and it took the repair guy 2 days to come fix it. I can also guarantee that there is lead in the paint.

There is Mold EVERYWHERE. All around both the family room and bedroom windows. I have been sick ever since moving in because I am allergic to it. My High School was relocated for a year because of mold problems, Lorlyn needs to be shut down and cleaned up.
This place is complete garbage and I would never recommend anyone to live here, the rent is wayyy too much for such a crappy living environment. With rent and bills I pay about a $1000/m for this mold infested 1 bedroom. I could get a 2 bedroom townhouse for the same price or less.
Lorlyn should be condemned, The people in the office are morons.
Any review that is positive for this place was probably written morons, or the landlords themselves.

IF they are really racist contact the Dept of Human Rights they are already under investagation for the same type of stuff. They will be happy to talk to you! Seriously

I will comment on that tenant it sounds like this tenant was one of those that probably didn't pay rent on time, or got hit with lates fees and this is what alot of them do, will go into apartment ratings and rate the property I also feel if this person said that they could have gotten a townhome for that price then what happen, I find that hard to believe maybe this person wasn't approve elsewhere because if your saying that you had a choice to pick from a townhome verse an apartment then I believe their is something wrong with you. Don't blame the property blame your self for not being approve elsewhere you can't make every one happy I've learn that in life it sounds like you still have a lot of growing up to do.

I really like how you stayed away from the racist comment because you must work there and realized that its true and WRONG!!!
