We have lived here for almost three years and so far it's been fine. No problems with security or feeling safe. Plenty of room in the parking lot. The utilities are great, only pay for electric, cable, and phone. They allow pets for a deposit of $300 each pet. The only complaints that I do have are the slow snow removal, but we did get a lot of snow this past winter. Some people like to sit on the front steps and talk late, but a simple phone call to police handle that, because it's not allowed. There is a wait on getting this fixed around here, but that's because they need to hire more maintenance people. We used to have 3 then one retired, one quit and now we have only one. I feel bad for him. Other than those 3 things, it's a great deal for the price. We've never had any problems with bugs, rude people, or the office staff.

WE just moved in in February 2008... and when we took a look at the apartment we noted the things wrong with it..... They said they would have to wait until spring to fix it... Well it is Now almost 2 months later.. spring had been here for a couple of weeks now.. and NOTHING has been fixed or taken care of. We had issues with out water tempurature playing guess what temp next with us... so bad we couldn't wash my fiance's 3 yr old for fear of her getting scalded by the water.... There is Mold around all of the windows AND the door and we just discovered recently (after it was warm enough to open the balcony door) that the carpet has mold and mildew underneath it because the carpeting is coming up. We called them about it and they sent someone over about getting the carpet cleaned... They do not do a good job of managing anything.... If it didn't cost nearly $9,000 to break the lease.. we would have already done so! I used to think highly of this place until we actually lived here. YAY only 11 months left to go before we can get the HELL out

It is over priced. Im for a demo company. i have taken down buildings in better shape then these buildings. They should all be leveled including the office and redone. The fire alarm system really sucks in the buildings cause it seems like there is always a alarm going off all night long
