I've only been here since February, and already had MANY issues/promises forgotten about. Before we moved in we did a walk through with -----. Noticed a few issues like There was "something" peeling up from the cement balcony, the sliding door screen had a huge hole/tear in it and it didn't shut properly, there were some stains on the carpeting, and some staining on the ceiling tiles in the bathroom. Also the front door handle did not lock, instead there was a deadbolt only.. and a chain that a previous tenant had installed... All of the other doors had a deadbolt AND a locking door handle. Well we moved in and was quite surprised to find out we didn't have any neighbors whose apts shared any walls with ours.. was kinda nice to know we had some privacy. Once we were in, we were told my management that when spring came they were gonna send people to re-finish the cement balcony and get the screen door fixed. Well someone came to fix the screen door .. they replaced the screen and ended up bending the door so badly that there is now a 2 inch gap along where it should CLOSE. They claimed they orded us a new one..... That was 3 months ago... 2 months ago they called us to let us know their carpet people would be stopping by to clean the stains up.... THey simply walked in ,,,, looked at the stain.. and left.. never came back. Now it's middle of summer... we can't open the sliding door to get fresh air because bugs fly /crawl in through the huge gap, the carpet still has the stain on it, the balcony hasn't even had anyone look at it, and we discovered right after moving in that the water in the whoer likes to play guessing games with us with the temp. one minute either we're getting scalded or we're getting frozen. We let maitenance know right away.....never saw someone... the water scalded me and my 3yr old stepdaughter this past weekend, fiance promptly went and told them on saturday, they told us to tell them the next time it happened.(Uh Hello.. it JUST happened)and that they were gonna send someone to check on it... it's now Thursday and still haven't seen a maintenance guy and Since i don't work, I'm home ALL DAY. I really wish now that we had found some other place to live in. I do NOT recommend this place to anyone who actually cares about their living conditions. It's quite obvious management will only put on a happy face when you are signing the lease, after that you're on your own!

I AM A VICTIM OF FALSE ADVERTISEMENT I HAVE NO CENTRAL AIR NOR HAS IT BEEN FIXED IN OVER 29 DAYS. THE WATER GETS HOT OR COLD WHEN SOMEONE IN THE BUILDING FLUSHES THE TIOLET. THE ONLY THING THEY DID ON TIME WAS SPRAY FOR THE ANTS. THEY ONLY HAVE ONE MAINTAINCE GUY, THATS NOT OUR PROBLEM CALL IN A SPECIALIST TO FIX THESE CERTAIN PROBLEMS. BUT WE ARE NOT HUMAN TO THEM, DOGS GET BETTER TREATMENT. I WILL NOT RENEW MY LEASE. FOR THOSE WITH MOLD PROBLEMS CALL THE CITY CODE ENFORSEMENT THEY HAVE A CERTAIN TIME TO COMPLY IF NOT THEY WILL GET FINE HEFTY AND COMPLAIN TO THE DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH. IF THEY RETALIATE THIS WOULD BE ILLEGAL)BE SURE YOU KEEP ALL DOCUMENTATION AND FILE A CIVIL SUIT ON THEM.

AHH Hello - That bug is an earwig, they are seasonal outdoor bugs that do not carry diseases. They go away in the fall.

It sounds like a kid again looking for trouble, do you guys have anything else to do ? Get a life maybe you wouldn't have time to go on the internet and put false information, if its that bad as you say why are you still there, it seems like it you having a problem and if I were to call one of your old landlord they would probably tell me your a bad tenant.
