horrid

As most of reviews state, there is an awful mold problem. The ceilings are concrete flexcore, and the water pipes that run inside of them leak like crazy. The water leaks got so bad that we had honest to god mushrooms growing on the carpet along the walls in the closet. The "repair man" actually laughed when he saw it. They did nothing about it until we told them we took pictures of the mold and mushrooms, then they had some carpet cleaning people come in and sort of clean up. (we had long since cleaned up the mushrooms, very unpleasant experience) The complex is not a safe place to live, the police were basically stationed there. I never had issues with parking, but there were junk cars in the parking lots that would not move for months. The grounds were absolutely disgusting, there was garbage everywhere, and the grass was never mowed. One thing i will say, upon leaving, we were so disgusted with the place that we just moved our stuff out and left it unclean (the carpets were destroyed from mold, as were most of the walls) we figured they would take our deposit anyway, so why waste the effort, they actually gave us half our deposit back, which was a pleasant surprise. Trust me, you can do MUCH better in the tri city area for what they charge, I could not believe a place like this exists in Batavia. Worst living conditions I have ever had.
