I don't understand what is wrong with all of you! First and foremost I KNOW the staff here is NOT RUDE! They have been nothing but nice too me! They have parties for the tenants etc... Yes, there are ANTS, WHOOOOPTEEEEDOOO! Gee, you won't find ants anywhere else but at Lorlyn, right' WRONG! Ants are everywhere, and it is not their fault that there are ants. Second, ANYTIME, and I mean ANYTIME I have had a problem, someone tells me, I'll have my guys out there in a few. And guess what' They are knocking at my door in a few. As for the mold, have you ever heard of cleaning with BLEACH' Gee, that is another thing you should all learn is how to clean! Bleach will kill it off! It is not harmful mold as in they should "level" the place. My goodness. And as far as parking, Oh my, you may have to walk an extra milla foot too get to the door. If you keep your apartment clean and sanitary, you will have NO problems here I guarantee it! Washers and dryers. Well let me think. They also break down. BUT, it is not an EMERGENCY! There are other people who may have more serious problems than a washer being broken and they can't send anyone out right away to tend to a darn washer! Get up off your lazy booty and go to the Laundry Mat. You should all learn something from this post. And if you have anything too say about it, bring it on. I will support Lorlyn Of Batavia just like they support me!

Well, about the washers, everybody is not able to get up and go to the laundrymat. They probable do not have cars and its not much bus service around here. When someone provides a service and advertise it they are legally resposible for the upkeep of such service or product. As far as the parking its because people allow their friends and family to park where the tenents are rightfully suppose to park. Mold is a health hazard if this was reported to the Health Department they cold get fined for this. And bleach does not solve the problem. Mold come from within the walls from a water leak somewear that would have to be fixed first. As far as the ants they will happily come and exterminate, just try to keep food off the floors and cabinets. I find it helpful if you keep those ant hotels in the cabinets.

AH this must be the property manager. I did hear that they finally wised up and got rid of Cheryl she thougth she was God but I think they finally figured out she was a problem and she ran off alot of good people. Maybe it has gotten better out there but I can't imagine it would when they are overcrowding the apts and not fixing things like they should.

Nope, this is not the property manager. This is a REAL tenant! The new property manager would not stoop this low and provide a false rating.

how much did you get off your rent to write that crap? what are your suggestion for the ones who have mice and roaches in thier apt. bleach cant do everything my husband is certified in hazmat and yes all mold is a hazard and it needs to be delt with by a professional! did you know that when you resign your lease they are supposed to clean your carpets why dont they, one was told ,no one was told maybe, whild they did another in our unit.talk about discrinmnation. i hate it here i want out of this loony bin

Really! How much DID you get off your rent? You need to do some research on mold. Black mold is lethal and cannot be removed with bleach! They come clean it and spray paint over it and in time it comes back. To cnwash1 I agree with you it probably is the property manager writing this review and I do believe Rose would stoop to this level at providing a false rating. You know you would,Rose!

Black mold has been known to cause brain cancer. It is a real big problem. And as far as maintance goes. It sucks. I have lived in this apartment for a year and im still waiting for my fridge that doesnt have a working freezer and a thermostat that doesnt work. these two idems where brought up to them when i first walked through the apartment. and the carpet was never cleaned when i moved in like i was told would be done. there are stains all over the floor. Im looking forward to soon being out of here and i will make sure that everyone i know will NOT move here
