when we first moved here it was great the staff was friendly, and it was safe for the kids to play outside. now the only thing that the new office cares about is if you have your rent paid. so you have bugs,mold,and problems with other tenants do bother to call the office they can and wont do anything. they say call the police. well it is not thier problem the office needs to deal with the issues. what about the great pool well it would be nice to actually have a pool to swim in that wasnt ice cold and the broken lounge chairs are nice if you can find one that isnt missing a ton of straps. and how about the lawn that is cut maybe once every 2 weeks or more why do the kids have to run through the tall grass to play. the place is a joke ---- the manager is the worst thing to happen to here. i am not going to stay here any longer before you move here try talking to some of the people that live here to really see what this place is like before you sign.

I know how you feel. I'm sooo glad that we moved out of that hell hole! The mold is nasty and just wait,it gets worse. In the winter you're window is frozen shut with a sheet of ice. (I really do mean a sheet!) I don't understand how they get away with so many calls to the City and nothing happens. Somebody really needs to do something for the sake of everyone's health. Black mold is lethal,especially to kids! I know there's plumbing and mainetenace codes they have to abide by. Call the Il Health Dept. if the City doesn't do anything, which they won't. Good luck. Someone needs to take ---- down!

I just moved out, this is a great place to live in my opinion, 6 years of living here never had a problem the staff has always been great, I recommend this property to any one I just brought a home that is the reason why I left. Come see for your self that the place is great, easy access to the stores and express ways 5-mins from downtown Batavia .
