This apartment is huge, I lived here for a year. 1600 sq ft. The management does not perform a credit check. The area is quiet overall, if you do not have noisy neighbors.

The management does not stick their nose in your affairs. It is a great place to live for those who seek privacy.

The apartments are old, there are only two apartments in the entire complex that have W/D connections. The laundry room has only two washers, and two dryers. Usually one of the washers is out of service. Most of the current residents have dogs, and dog hair is always present in the machines.



A lawn mowing service comes out once a week early in the morning. During the winter, you are on your own as far as snow and ice are concerned.



There is no extermination service, insects (ants, paper wasps, hornets, beetles, and ladybugs) are an indoor problem during the spring and summer seasons.



If your apartment is missing fixtures, either replace them yourself, or wait approximately a year for the fixtures to be replaced.



If you are looking for quick, reliable, and professional maintenence, this is not the place for you. Maintenence is conducted by a dishonest individual who will not return calls, and take weeks, or in some cases...months to complete repairs.
