2006..2/new managers in a year! Use to be really nice and quiet after 4 years we've had enough!
Still maintennance problems slow or nonexist,leaking roofs, in the past we had a 25 late fee for late rent Now, it's 25 with an additonal 50 PER DAY after the 5th day!! No new lease agreements just letters sent out with new charges new manager didn't introduce herself personally but she sent a letter, she could be anybody walking the complex! Lots of room, lot of kids, trash on the ground! Loud music in 400 building lots of traffic, but hey if you like big space that is the only thing that is nice!
