We just moved out this year 08 but lived here for 6 years and love the size of the apartments, now I don't know what building the other person lived in with the dogs and feces in the front yard. We didn't have any of the problems they are listing, no fights, none of it. Some of the bad tenants that lived there are now gone due to the other tenants calling the police and getting involve with management to get them out! We didn't see the dears in the yard for a while until the peace came back and now we see dears again. Now the management is very slow at fixing things but that is my biggest complaint. It has changed management 3 times in the 6 years I lived there. Over all my building was very quiet no pets at least if they did we didn't see them. If the place had washer n dryers inside the apartments I would have stayed, they do need to asign parking spots for residents. Maybe it the tenants get more involve and complain to management some more improvements can be made, advise them not to put people without pets next to those with pets, that's what our building did. Over all it does need improvements but it can be done.
