I am in the process of moving now. I lived there for two years. There have been three different managers in one year! It was ok with the first one. The second things were slower to get done but at least they did. The newest is the worst. They actually told my neighbor to fix her toilet with a paper clip! The never cut the grass, we had to report them to the health and sanitation department a couple times last summer and it looks like that's going to have to happen again. We had a problem with neighbors and parking and nothing was ever done. They said they were going to do something about the parking but never did unless it affected them. The apartment above us had a leaking toilet and I called management to let them know it was coming into our apartment and they didn't do anything until our bathroom was flooding. Do you think they ever cleaned it or replaced the ceiling tiles... yea right. Not to mention the dryer in the laundry room has been broken for a year and never fixed so good luck getting anything done in there. That's just the management. The do not charge a consistent rent rate. If they think you can pay more they will charge you more. Not a single person in my building was paying the same thing. We were paying nearly $100 more than some others. That's just the management. Not to mention the "wonderful" Executive Inn that is next door. There are drug dealers and fights over there all the time. I don't think I ever drove by with out seeing a police car there or in our parking lot watching over there. Basically, its not safe or a nice place to live at all, unless you want to do everything yourself... then you could just buy a house then... vWhRVi5nYYIuEh4W7K3l
