On May 14, 2008, my partner and I acquired this property. For the 2 years preceding this time, the previous owners had neglected the property. When we acquired the property, we immediately set out to return the property to its finest form. We have held meetings with City officials from the housing department and the police department and now have the full support of the City. In the few short months of new ownership, we have evicted over half a dozen tenants for lease violations, and have invested thousands of dollars in new washers and dryers, public lighting and many other items.

Since that time, our tenants let us know on a regular basis how much different the location is now compared to before the purchase. With a beatiful, wooded setting, a dead-end street, extremely large apartments and internal entry to each apartment, these apartments are a huge value for families, armed service members and anyone that wants a peaceful setting with large living accommodations.

Not only is the outside always in great shape with the maintained landscaping, the buildings are also of excellent construction. They were constructed with a layer of concrete to help minimize noise from unit to unit.
