i have stayed at fairway green apartments for some time now. i am tired of living under these conditions. the apartment is invested with bugs, the stair rails are a total hazard and dont meet safety conditions. the pool is never cleaned. the office is open during 9-5...sometimes...when the manager (who is a real piece of work by the way) wants to be there. she does absolutely nothing but act like a mother hen to all the tenants and controls them and their actions. in oder for friends or family to visit you have to get a parking pass for them that expires within either a week or 24 hours. you are supposed to do this during those office hours and who is able to if you work a full time day job' she once threatened to tow a car that was considered totaled. someone i knew had their car towed after if being parked there for only an hour. you pay a security deposit for the reason to cover repairs that may happen while you are living there and are supposed to receive that back if everything is left as it was. NOT. you will never see your security deposit. they have no reason to. its not like they fix the problems in the apartments with that money. a friend of mine has two children and once they were locked out onto the balcony for 3 hours because the lock on the sliding door was stuck.as far as i am concerned and can see they use that money for their own good because nothing is taken care of here. i have never seen anyone vacuum the halls, or steam clean them. i have never seen maintenance do much more than check the pool chemicals. (which does hardly nothing if the pool is never scrubbed) the noise level is a problem as well. you can hear people knocking a doors all the way down the hall and on the other side. babies crying at all times of the day. please save yourself time and money, and make a phone call to have someone come look at this place and shut it down.
