Do not rent here unless you like to walk everywhere. They have a waiting list out the door for at least one parking spot. The management states they used the lot across the street for their parking, but they never thought someone would build a building there. They do have a one year wait for their underground parking, but good luck. The management doesn't really try to help in anyway. The apartments are very old and outdated. The kitchen is very small, and opening up the cabinet to get the the washer is impossible. The shower/tubs are very rusted, and the balcony railing is very unsafe. Many city codes are being broken in this complex. They have a full vacancy, so to them, it's okay.

Linden Towers is in a great location for walking. The bulding is close to everything in downtown Bensenville. If you need to drive, one free parking space is included with every lease.
