I've been in many apartment buildings where I could hear my neighbors and it is so nice not having to worry about that! Most of the neighbors are respectful too. I like the fact that I can do my laundry in my place, I hated coin laundry. The only downfall is you can't leave your windows open at night because the trains are VERY loud. We have had some issues with our air conditioning and the shower but the maintanence people are very helpful and quick to respond. I've signed a second year with them, which is the first time I've ever signed a second year with the same apartment. I usually can't wait to move out by the time the lease ends.
