section 8 warzone! i would reccomend these apartments only to people who like dealing with old and broken down apliances as well as a lying management staff which makes numerous unkept promises and will try to squeeze every nickel and dime out of the residents. lets olso not forget about the fact that all residents pay for all utilities including water, sewer, gas, and whatever extra charges can be congerred up at lease renewal time. if anything expensive in an apartment breaks, be prepared to have the replacement cost figured into your rent no matter how old and broken down it was when you moved in. management seems to have a "why should we have to pay for that" attitude. i regret ever moving here. most of the other residents i have encountered feel the same way.

I am just now leaving the apts after I was promised a year ago that I could break my lease with no additional costs after six months. They complain and fine you if you let your dog anywhere on their property (i have a very small dog and had no idea this would end up being such a pain with the managers). I bought my own spare key, my boyfriend was fined for parking there, my water heater was broken for weeks before they fixed it-- cold showers! They do lie. They are not nice. I hated living in this complex. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I can't wait to see if I get my deposit back-- the place was run down when i moved in, the appliances were old and dirty-- i cleaned everything up, but there is not alot that can be done with down right old and gross stuff. i hope this helps-- don't move in there!
