I'll start out with the pros. The water park which is free to residents in the summer was fantastic. The view is great too and the apartments are nice.

Now for the cons. Electric and water bills are sky high about 200 a month between them. Maintenance is very slow when you have a problem and the stairways are very beat up and moldy looking. People are very noisy and like to hang around the parking areas at all hours of the night. Parking is good but the spaces are really too small for SUV owners. Speaking of owners, the one here is pretty hostile. All in all this place is not even close to worth the money. Mortgages are less as are most other apartments, which give you a lot more.
