Total mistake to move here. This place is a total pit run by slumlords. The parking was good, but that was about it.

The rent is very high for a place with no amenities. Especially when you include the utilities. When I first moved here the manager was very pleasant. But he's gone now. The girl running the place now starts out acting nice but gets very nasty if you voice any kind of complaint. Unfortunately there were many. There were problems with leaks, the fixtures, damaged floors, noise from neighbors and last but not least the stairways are in horrible shape. Nothing gets fixed here. The place I'm moving to will be more than $200 a month less in rent, yet it will be a lot better.
