Total disaster. The day I moved in the electric wasn't even on. Fell down the poorly lit stairway the very next week and broke my wrist. Toilet was loose for months before they got around to fixing it. Same with oven that didn't work. The air conditioning unit was busted and leaked all over the carpeting, forcing me to throw out clothes. My car got nailed with a massive amount of bird droppings in the parking lots. Trees might make nice scenery, but don't park under them. Well, don't park at all here, because trees are all around. A lot of noise here and I'm not even talking about the planes. As of this writing I still don't have heat. Apartment was 56 degrees a couple of weeks ago. Last but not least the stairways are falling apart and look and smell like black mold all over them. That stuff is deadly. I got so fed up, I stiffed them out of the last two months rent and let them evict me. The owner BTW, is a complete and total pompous jerk. Outta here the end of the month. I'm seriously thinking about suing the people who recommended this place to me. It doesn't get any worse than this.
