Swansonian Apartments is a nice place to rent. I have always received good service whenever I requested it and that has been four times one after hours and three normal business hours.



I highly recommend these apartments to anyone that is willing to come in and treat these people with the same dignity and respect they so desire to give all of it?s tenants at all times.



At Xmas time they remember all of their tenants with a gift. I have been a renting tenant for quite sometime and I have never ever known a landlord to put a present by your door.



Like a DNA test 99.9% of the time they give you a chance of a lifetime and just want you to pay your rent on time and for other obvious reasons we get the place and do oherwise. Most people who cannot get along with Swansonain Apartment merely do not have good intentions and that is my true opinion.



So we should not always believe the negative comments of others as proposed in what I read as a revieiw. I highly recommend these apartments if you are a do right tenant.



I deal with one staff member her name is Ms. Sandra and she always takes good care of me and her word has always been her bond.
