Lived here one year. The last six months of my lease I got absolutely no sleep due to loud tenants above and below me. Office staff was of no help whatsoever. Maintenance was extremely slow to respond. I sat for two days with a plugged kitchen sink drain. Took them two months to return my security deposit due to accidently misplacing my paperwork. :(
