Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2001
I lived there for one year and during that time I only had one problem with loud neighbors. I complained and they were evicted (I guess this was not their first offense).
The complex was clean and well maintained. And with the exception of the ocasional jammed garbage chute I never had any maintaince problems
