I lived here from 1998 to 2001. The landscaping, gardens, swimming pools, tennis courts, fitness center, everything has been very well maintained.

The service and management is prompt and efficient. The rent is definitely reasonable for all the facilities and service.

The people living there are generally well-behaved and decent folks. It's a safe, well-lit and pleasant place. Apartments are all quite spacious, with ample closet/storage space.

One minor drawback however is it's proximity to O'Hare (about 7 miles) - there always a low background hum in the air (but, hey, this is among the busiest airports in the world!). You'll quickly get used to it - no problems. There are flight paths about two miles to the East, and two miles to the North - so luckily no planes fly overhead.

All in all, this is an excellent place - they in fact were voted the #1 Apartment complex in the Chicagoland area, by the Chicagoland Apartment Association. Clearly well-deserved.

If you are looking to move to the region, believe me, I've done the research - this is the best apartment you can find.
