The management is nice, but they want to jack up the rent $40 every year. You have to haggle with them to get it lowered. Parking is good, but don't park in the back of Bldg. 120 during a rainstorm. You will need scuba gear to get to your car. Walls are too thin, I can actually here the people above me urinating through the ceiling. I guess that is common these days though. Nice grounds, but this is not a resort. I think that is where the money is going. Overall, you could do worse. Out of all the apartment complexes in the Northwest Chicago suburbs, their apts have the most room. That is why we moved here. So if space is important, I would recommend Yorkbrook.
