Not good if you have kids

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
 
Learned after a year of being there, it was not as nice as I thought it was. No one seems to work that lives there. Alot of in and out people if you know what I mean. You pay high rent to make up for the people that are on welfare housing. Not worth the rent.
