The grounds are well kept. They have undercover security. The apartments are VERY sound proof also. The floors are made from concrete. My balcony is large... if I have a maintenence problem, it is taken care of the NEXT day! :) THATS a nice change. The apartments are huge. They have 3 pools... one of them just for adults. AND the workout room in TOP notch. It is very large and the equipment is excellent. Plus in the Fall and Winter months they have arobics classes, which I dont use. The people that live here have been very kind so far too. The woman at the office (Reba or Reinna, Regina'' Cant remember her name) that rented to me is professional AND sent me a few bottles of water when I was moving in. What does THAT tell you'! She was a great help and just nice to rent from.
The price is average for the area and my water bill was about $30 last month. No biggie. I do wish there was more closet space for my clothes.
But as a whole this is by far the best place I have lived in. I travel in the area a lot and the highway is right down the road. And about 2 miles south is downtown ELmhurst. I love to eat out and there is everything from hot dogs to sushi. Though the prices around here are above average.
Oh... there is a huge park a few blocks away with a lake and a stadium.
