I currently live in the apartment complex. So far the experience hasn't been too bad. The electric bill is huge in the summer, because my unit never cools. I have been informed by several residents that I pay much more than other renters for the same square footage. I was told by the office that rent was fixed and could not be haggled down. If you have alot of money to throw away, then I guess the complex is worth it.
