Management doesn't seem to know what they are doing, I lived there for 2 months & they still can't seem to come up with a copy of my lease, they didn't have the whole document when we moved in, it's like they just wanted to move us in so they could get the money. So of course they will be nice to get you in (cuz they make commission off you) then they don't care anymore. Hot water runs out quickly. No where to park when I get home at night. Hallways smell & garbage gets left by the garbage chutes. The fitness center has old equipment that seems like it's gonna fall apart. I heard there's alot of garden snakes by the adult pool in the summer time (haven't been here while pools were open). There's always goose poop all over the sidewalks & parking lots. The elevator is messed up, you push to go up to the 6th floor it will first go down to the 2nd or 1st floor then up to the 6th floor. People sit in their cars in the parking lot and drink n smoke weed. You can hear the people next to you urinating. The lights are not bright enough in the stairwells, it's kind of scary. The closet doors are always coming off the tracks and the bathtub knob has been replaced twice in one month. There just seems to be a lot of young adults living here with their friends and having parties on the weekend, being noisy on the balconys & peeling out in the parking lots. Also if you plan on moving when the lease is up make sure you let them know 45 days before the lease is up or they will keep your security deposit & make you pay the next months water bill (it happened to my friend.)
